We prefer to work with clients whose investment philosophy aligns with ours, namely that successful investment outcomes are achieved over the long term by seeking quality investments that will compound.

Due to the diverse nature of our investments, we are limited to working with qualified investors. The qualifications for such investors vary by country, and further information can be found here. Generally, this requires a minimum investment of USD 100,000 or currency equivalent. Our main criteria remains that it must be a good fit, you must like us, and we must like you.  Please contact us to discuss compatibility, and if it is not a suitable match, we will suggest alternatives.

We work off an asset-based fee, ranging from 0.55% to 1.15% of the assets being managed, depending on the size, scope and continuing services.

Our fee structure is comprehensive, covering all the services we offer, and it is transparent. The total compensation is clear, without hidden fees or third-party payments. The fee can be terminated at any point with no penalty. Clients pay us directly and we do not earn any fees from service providers, ensuring our duty of care is solely to you, the client.  The fee is all in and there is no custody, advisor, entry or exit charges.

We open the account for you, once you have become a client.  We go through a process with you, to get to know you, what your expectations and investment horizons are and how you envision your legacy plays out.   We will generate a proposal and when it gets to the point of opening an account, the fantastic operations team at our partners, IBEX Capital does all the heavy lifting.
